"These 5 stars aren’t for State Farm, they’re a direct result of my everyday interactions with Tina Bolyard, , the only person that really helped and got things done. Her personality, and professionalism was excellent. My experience with State Farm overall has been the most convoluted craziness I have ever experienced with an insurance company. Be it car , home , medical etc. The only saving grace was Tina. . That’s what the 5 stars are for. State Farm I give a 2. I had to contact Tina probably 25 out of a 30 day long claim. To the point I felt like a burden, but she always made me feel important, and acted as such. It was a tough one because my mother was trying to back out of my driveway and hit my car. Therefor both of us were wrapped up in it. I know that made things even more complicated for Tina , with 2 claims and lots of confusion. Although I know this claim had to be burden for her; she was always very kind, supportive, thoughtful, and did everything she could -every day- literally-for a month. I’ve honesty never had such a wonderful interaction with any customer service or anyone that needs to talk to the public or strangers, even though I was usually frustrated because of the convoluted system and both claims. If not for her this claim probably would’ve taken 2 months instead of 1. Also if not for her our 3 car and house bundle wouldn’t be with State Farm anymore. State Farm - I hope you value anyone that works for you like her."
